Micro-thin, Carbide-Tipped Saws

We specialize in the manufacturing and sharpening of thin kerf carbide tipped saw blades. These blades are used for single and gangsaw cutting applications.

Thin Rim Saw Blades

We manufacture and sharpen thin rim, high production saw blades with a quality cut and long run time. The saws are custom designed, based upon the customer need, with a diameter of 3” – 20” and can run 10 – 400 fpm, depending on the kerf size and depth of cut.

Noiseless Diamond Vinyl Saws Blades

This saw is excellent for cutting vinyl extrusions especially for the window industry and other plastic related products. It replaces the need for those noisy carbide tipped saw blades.
